Experis is recruiting a Source to Pay Specialist (M/F) to join an international company. The role is full-time and based in Lisbon, with an on-site working model.

The candidate will support end users with invoicing and payment queries, maintain clear guidelines, and provide training on invoicing processes. Required: a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Management or related field, 5+ years in Accounts Payable or S2P, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement support or Source to Pay processes.
• Knowledge of Primavera ERP is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Support end users with invoicing and payment-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure invoicing guidelines are clear, accessible and up to date.
• Provide training and guidance to end users on invoicing processes and systems.
• Analyze supplier master data and identify data quality issues, errors or missing documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers and data owners to resolve supplier setup issues before invoice payment deadlines.
• Assist in creating and reviewing Change Requests to ensure system configurations meet business needs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
• Contribute to the creation and review of internal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest KPIs.
