Job summary

Primeit is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst in Lisbon to handle month-end activities, reconcile items, and manage fixed assets in line with group policies. The role requires 3–6 years of experience and a degree in accounting or related fields.

The ideal candidate will support AP/AR bookings, contribute to accurate financial reporting, and work with international teams. Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an Accounting Officer or similar role.
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
• MS Office, especially Excel.
• ERP systems experience (SAP or Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and controls.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Team spirit and ability to work with international teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude and problem solving.

Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst !

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits:

• €920to €1,500 (salary base) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Perform month-end accounting activities, including accruals, depreciation, provisions, and corrections.
• Analyze and reconcile open items, identifying and correcting discrepancies in the system.
• Create and manage fixed assets in line with Group policies and accounting standards.
• Perform accounting controls in accordance with corporate procedures.
• Support AP/AR bookings and general accounting activities, including VAT and other accounting entries.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
