PrimeIT is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Lisbon to support month-end activities, analysis, and asset management. The role targets junior to mid-level candidates with a background in accounting and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

The successful candidate will handle accruals, depreciation, system corrections, and controls in line with corporate procedures, contributing to international projects and a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• Experience as accounting officer or similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Booking of month end activities such as accruals and depreciations.
• Perform analysis and corrections in system.
• Create fixed assets according to group norms and accounting standards.
• Perform controls in line with corporate procedures.

Formação académica

We are looking for an Accounts Payable!

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Junior/Mid

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Booking of month end activities such as Accruals and Depreciations
• Perform analysis and corrections in system
• Create Fixed assets accordingly to the group norms and the accounting standards
• Perform controls in line with corporate procedures

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field

Technical skills:

• Professional experience: Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role
• Experience in use of MS Office applications and ERP system application (SAP/Oracle preferred)

Languages

• French Notions

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail
• Strong team spirit
