Job summary

Rumos Portugal seeks a ServiceNow professional to develop features, maintain instances, and ensure production reliability. You will configure platforms and provide user support across multiple projects.

The role involves ITSM development, incident/problem/change management, and maintaining access portals and service catalogs. English fluency is required, French is a plus, and collaboration with international teams is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of web technologies, particularly HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to work in an international environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features on the ServiceNow platform as part of specific projects.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of ServiceNow instances.
• Manage and ensure the correct configuration of instances.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of the platforms in the production environment.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Develop and maintain ITSM applications, specifically for incident, problem, and change management, as well as service catalogs.
• Develop and maintain access portals for end users and specific interfaces for business applications.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of ticket management applications and other support solutions for IT and business areas.
• Collaborate with international teams on the implementation and maintenance of solutions.
