Job summary

Aubay Portugal is looking for a Software Developer to join our ServiceNow-focused projects. You will develop new functionalities, manage maintenance, and ensure reliable operation of ServiceNow instances while providing robust user support. English fluency and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

The role offers a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office) and access to our Training Academy and wellness initiatives as part of our employee development program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer, preferably in web or platform-based solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow is desirable, with training provided.
• Experience with REST API and web languages such as HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
• Fluency in English is required, written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, prioritisation and daily commitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new functionalities for specific projects within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage maintenance actions and ensure optimal instance settings for ServiceNow environments.
• Ensure operational condition of ServiceNow instances, applying necessary adjustments and monitoring.
• Provide effective user support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
