Jerónimo Martins is seeking a ServiceNow Professional to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. You will serve as the technical reference between business needs and platform architecture, delivering scalable, secure and high-impact solutions while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• CSA certification and ITOM/ITSM knowledge are a plus.
• Strong knowl​edge of ITOM discovery/visibility, Service Mappings, AiOPS and CMDB management.
• Experience in development, architecture and integrations.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.

As a ServiceNow Professional, your mission is to design, implement and continuously optimize enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, acting as the technical reference between business needs and platform architecture. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure and high-impact solutions while collaborating with international stakeholders and driving technical excellence across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop customizations, workflows and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices.
• Ensure platform performance and stability.
• Work closely with business and technical teams.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow CSA needed (ITOM and/or ITSM are a plus)
• Strong knowledge and experience in ITOM discovery/visibility, Service Mappings, AiOPS and CMDB management.
• Knowledge of development, architecture and integrations.
• Skilled in Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical, proactive and team-oriented.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus, namely CSA and ITOM related.
