DataSmart Lda seeks a Service Now Consultant to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. The role focuses on supporting ServiceNow processes like Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Offerings, ensuring alignment with business needs and CSDM standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Functional Consultant, and a proven ability to work with testing activities and cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid Lisbon setup.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and/or Service Offering Management.
• Good knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and its application within ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting software testing activities, including test execution and defect management.

Responsabilidades

• Support Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Offering Management activities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and maintain catalog items, request workflows, and service offerings, ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements.
• Support testing activities, including test case execution, defect tracking, and validation.
• Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation, user stories, and test cases.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and incident analysis, supporting the resolution of functional and platform-related issues.
• Ensure alignment with CSDM standards and ServiceNow best practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Offering Management activities within the ServiceNow platform.
