InnoTech in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join our 180+ InnoTechers team. You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.

Work with IT, HR, CSM, and Third-Party Risk Management teams to deliver scalable solutions, translating business needs into technical outcomes. English proficiency at B2+ is required; a solid ServiceNow background is essential.

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration on ServiceNow.
• English proficiency (B2 or above).

Your Mission Will Be

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices
• Ensure the implementation of scalable and high-quality solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on ServiceNow projects across areas such as IT, HR, Customer Service Management (CSM), and Third-Party Risk Management, while contributing with both technical and functional expertise

You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions while working directly with stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and configuration
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit
• English proficiency (B2 or above)

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas
• Previous experience in Agile environments
• Experience in IT, HR, Customer Service Management (CSM), or Third-Party Risk Management projects
