Job summary

ITDS in Lisbon offers a hybrid Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator role shaping ITSM and CMDB health. You will manage data integrity, optimize configurations, and lead automation initiatives across the ServiceNow platform. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration are essential in this dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ServiceNow administration with CMDB/ITSM focus, ITIL knowledge, and strong English communication. CSA and CMDB/ITOM certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ServiceNow administration, CMDB and ITSM.
• Proven configuration, deployment and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL workflows and ITSM best practices.
• English fluency required.
• CSA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB for data accuracy and health.
• Review configurations, attributes, CIs, groups, and workflows to improve performance.
• Configure CMDB to support ITSM deployments and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure best-practice compliance.
• Coordinate upgrades, manage permissions, and monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.
• Set up alerts, reports, and schedules for proactive management.
• Develop data load templates and train business users.
