ADENTIS seeks a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage core ITSM modules, integrations, and CMDB-related tasks. You will configure and optimize the ServiceNow platform, ensuring security and high availability while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned processes, upgrades, and knowledge sharing, with hybrid work and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic Portuguese tech environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with core ITSM modules.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
• ITIL principles and upgrade/clone experience.
• Proactive problem solving and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, stability, and functionality.
• Implement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Manage user access, roles, and groups per security best practices.
• Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches.
• Support integrations with APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Document configurations and update internal knowledge base.

You must have:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on knowledge across core ITSM modules
• Experience with platform integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog
• Understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply within ServiceNow
• Experience with system upgrades and instance cloning
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory);
• additional certifications are a plus
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
