ADENTIS is seeking a Windows System Administrator to administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments with a focus on Active Directory. You will manage AD objects, DNS/DHCP, and ensure security and compliance.

You will also administer Exchange Online and Office 365, collaborating with infrastructure and security teams. On-site availability two to three times per week is required, with a focus on delivering reliable, well-documented IT operations.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator with hands-on Active Directory management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and administration tasks.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, mail flow, security and compliance features.

• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD, DNS, DHCP and authentication services.

• Ensure system availability, performance, security and compliance with internal standards.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, backups and recovery tests.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and support teams on ongoing operations and projects.
• Document configurations, procedures and operational processes.

You must have:

• Experience working in structured environments and following operational procedures.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to work on-site two to three times per week.
