ITDS in Lisbon is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to lead health, configuration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. You will drive efficient IT workflows and processes within a hybrid Lisbon-based environment.

The role emphasizes CMDB/ITSM focus, stakeholder collaboration, automation initiatives, and robust documentation to ensure enterprise IT landscape excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years in ServiceNow administration focusing on CMDB and ITSM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, management and deployment with troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM workflows, best practices and ITIL standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CSA certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and health.
• Review existing system configurations, including attributes, CIs, groups, and workflows, to enhance performance.
• Prepare and configure the CMDB to support effective ITSM deployment and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Propose and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Coordinate system upgrades, manage permissions, and implement updates while maintaining instance performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring system stability.
• Set up system notifications, alerts, reports, and schedules to support proactive management.
• Develop and manage data load templates and provide process training to business owners.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, particularly with CMDB and ITSM.
• Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, management, and deployment, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM workflows, best practices, and ITIL standards.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English (fluent command required).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals certification.
• Experience with Infrastructure and ITOM modules.
• CIS Discovery and Service Mapping certifications.
