NCI Academy in Oeiras (Lisbon) is seeking experienced professionals for a contract (B2B) engagement, on-site with NATO teams. You will manage day-to-day IT/business-operations tasks, drive cost analysis, invoicing, and service-level agreements while coordinating with Finance and external stakeholders.

The role requires proven service-delivery and project-management experience, strong financial acumen, and active security clearance.

Qualificações

• Proven service-delivery / project-management experience in an IT or business-operations environment.
• Strong financial and invoicing acumen — quarterly reporting, price proposals, OLAs.
• Hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) experience and comfort with EBA / procurement workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and a diplomatic, customer-focused approach.
• Active security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using sound project-management principles, processes and tools
• Generate quarterly reporting and liaise with Agency Finance to ensure quarterly invoices are accurate and delivered on time
• Act as a customer focal point, dealing diplomatically with problem-management and business-related issues
• Prepare and support Price Proposals (PP), Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Support Training (SST) agreements
• Process daily EBA activities — Purchase Requisitions (PRs), OLA PRs and travel requests — and maintain resource-allocation plans
• Support product cost analysis, CAPEX/OPEX estimation and pricing, and new Business-Model development
• Manage daily ServiceNow (SNOW) activities: service-task structures, resource-plan requests and timecard processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using sound project-management principles, processes and tools
