Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using PM principles and tools.
• Generate quarterly reports and liaise with Agency Finance to ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
• Contribute to service lifecycle processes per Agency policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc );
• Proven analyticalskills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers;
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development ;

Desirable

• Practical experience in working for other NATO agencies or organizations;
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
• Knowledge of NATOresponsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.

Duties/role

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using appropriate project management principles, processes, and tools ;
• Generating quarterly reports and liaising with Agency Finance staff to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time to the appropriate recipients ;
• Contributing to service lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.
