Vector Synergy in Oeiras, Portugal, is seeking an experienced project delivery manager to support NATO-related programs. You will apply formal project management methods to ensure timely delivery and effective use of resources.

This role demands strong analytical skills, ability to generate BI for decision makers, and experience with pricing estimation and proposal development for complex tenders.

Candidates with prior NATO agency experience and exposure to international settings are preferred.

• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers.
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using appropriate project management principles, processes, and tools.
• Generating quarterly reports and liaising with Agency Finance staff to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time to the appropriate recipients.
• Contributing to service lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc );
