SIXT Lisbon is seeking a Senior Web & Product Analytics Specialist to own the analytical layer behind digital products used by millions across more than 100 countries. You will uncover why things happen, influence what gets built next, and ground every product decision in real user behaviour.

You will develop dashboards, track user interactions, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to define metrics and drive continuous product improvement. Fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience as a Digital Product or Web & App Analyst focused on user behaviour, funnel optimisation, and feature performance.
• Proficient in building dashboards in Looker Studio, QuickSight, Power BI; experience with web & app analytics.
• Strong SQL skills; daily data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Develop dashboards and datasets as trusted foundations for product decisions.
• Track and analyse customer interactions across digital products, identify friction points and opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments; provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure correct data capture and validate event tracking quality.
• Work with product managers, engineers, analysts to define metrics and drive improvement.
