SIXT Lisbon seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager B2B to own top-of-funnel, SEA and paid media budgets across markets. You will build AI-enabled workflows, manage bid logic, and drive lead-to-revenue outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid Lisbon setup, collaborate with global teams, and shape a scalable B2B journey from lead capture to retention while optimizing ROAS and LTV. You will use SIXTgpt and Claude, and report on KPI-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• Experience in scale performance marketing with budget ownership.
• Ability to build and manage AI-enabled workflows for campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, budget, and results for B2B paid marketing across markets.
• Build segments, bidding logic, and targeting to identify valuable accounts.
• Run and supervise AI workflows for bid management, audience building, and lead quality.
• Forecast spend across channels against ROAS and LTV.
• Develop reporting and alerts to steer marketing actions.
