SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Web & Product Analytics Specialist to own the analytical layer behind digital products used by millions across 100+ countries. You will uncover why things happen, influence what gets built next, and ground decisions in real user behavior.

You will analyse large datasets to improve engagement, retention, and conversion, develop dashboards for product decisions, and work across global teams to validate event tracking quality.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience as a Digital Product or Web & App Analyst focusing on user behaviour analysis, funnel optimisation, and feature performance measurement.
• Proficient in building dashboards in BI tools like Looker Studio, QuickSight, Power BI, and experienced with Web & App analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, retention, and conversion across digital products.
• Develop dashboards and datasets that serve as the trusted foundation for product decisions, reliable and reusable.
• Track and analyse customer interactions across products, ensuring data accuracy and identifying friction points.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation, providing data-driven insights to influence product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure correct data capture on frontend and backend, validating event tracking quality.
• Work with product managers, engineers, and analysts to define metrics and drive continuous product improvement.
