SIXT is hiring a Senior Digital Product Analyst to analyze product performance, build dashboards, and provide key insights across global teams. You’ll enable decision-making to improve customer experience and business impact while shaping data architecture and event tracking across frontend and backend systems.

You’ll work with product managers, engineers and analysts, translating branch insights into data deep-dives and feature optimizations in a hybrid Lisbon environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Analyst on digital products and user behavior analysis.
• Practical experience in SQL.
• Experience with BI tools like QuickSight.
• Experience with web or digital analytics tools.
• Understanding of data storage, structure and analytics processing.
• Proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, CX and sales performance.
• Develop dashboards and datasets that inform core business decisions.
• Track how colleagues use the software and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams.
• Gain first-hand insights from branches to guide feature optimizations.
• Improve data architecture and high-quality event tracking (frontend/backend).
