SIXT Lisbon is seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst to join our global teams. You will analyze product performance, build dashboards, and provide insights to shape software for SIXT branches worldwide.

The role requires strong analytics, SQL, and experience with BI tools like Quicksight; you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to optimize processes and data architecture, including event tracking.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Analyst for digital products and user behavior analysis with SQL
• Experience with BI tools like Quicksight and using AI-tools for data analysis
• Experience with web or digital analytics tools
• Solid understanding of how data is stored, structured, and processed for analytics
• Proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Collaborate with global teams including product managers, engineers, and junior analysts
• Fluent in English for international collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, customer experience and sales performance
• Develop dashboards and datasets that support key business decisions
• Track and analyze how our colleagues are using the software we create
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to optimize processes
• Gain first-hand insights on branch realities to inform data deep-dives for feature optimization
• Help improve data architecture, ensuring high-quality event tracking (Frontend and Backend) and implementation
