SIXT is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in Lisbon to analyse product performance, build dashboards, and provide key insights for software used across SIXT branches worldwide.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to optimize processes and improve customer experience through data-driven decisions. The role requires strong SQL, BI tool experience, and fluency in English in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Analyst, working on digital products, and user behavior analysis.
• Practical experience in SQL.
• Familiarity with BI tools for data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, customer experience and sales performance.
• Develop dashboards and datasets serving as foundation for key decisions.
• Track and analyse how colleagues use the software we create.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to optimise processes.
• Gain first-hand insights from branches to guide feature optimizations.
• Help improve data architecture and ensure high-quality event tracking and implementation.
