CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our International Team. This role blends hands-on diagnostics with customer care across phone and email, offering a dynamic path in an international environment.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot using 60+ standardized processes, handle orders, repairs and support cases across three software platforms, and look for cross-selling opportunities to add value on every interaction.

• Adaptable, can juggle multiple systems while on a call.
• Resilient under pressure.
• Retail or sales background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting with standardized processes.
