AUTODOC in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Technical CRM Manager to own the technical foundation of our CRM ecosystem and ensure that systems operate reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You will combine hands‑on technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape our CRM roadmap while guiding day‑to‑day execution.

This role suits someone who enjoys optimizing complex CRM setups, improving data flows, driving automation, and collaborating with Engineering, MarTech, and Data Science teams.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL, working with APIs, and analytics tools.
• Experience with data pipelines and modern data infrastructure.
• Ability to bridge strategy and execution, with a passion for mentoring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our CRM systems.
• Optimize workflow orchestration, data flows, QA processes, and operational efficiency.
• Coach and mentor the CRM team on technical best practices and scalable approaches.
• Support the execution of CRM campaigns and contribute to customer messaging.
• Redesign and enhance CRM templates and modular components for performance.
• Build and automate processes that increase efficiency and ensure high data quality.
• Partner with Engineering, MarTech, and Data Science on tracking and ML experiments.
