AUTODOC in Portugal is seeking a Team Lead Marketing Promotions to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of automated lifecycle communications across Marketing and Transactional CRM. You will drive activation, retention, and revenue growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will lead the Lifecycle team, coach staff, set priorities, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable CRM initiatives in a fast-growing European company.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing CRM teams.
• Experience in CRM lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing in data-driven environments.
• Ability to design end-to-end lifecycle strategies to boost activation, retention, and CLV.
• Track record of delivering revenue, retention, engagement, and repeat purchases through CRM initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Emarsys.
• Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and customer insights.
• Understanding CRM data, events, tracking, and integrations; partner with product/engineering/analytics.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
