Job summary

TripleTen is an EdTech company designing tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We are seeking a CRM Systems & Automation Manager to own our customer-facing systems and automate onboarding and success processes.

You will work with Product, Operations, Engineering and vendors to build scalable workflows and optimize software costs. You’ll design automations, manage integrations, monitor performance, and drive improvements with a strong emphasis on documentation and

Qualifications

• 3+ years with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Pipedrive).
• Experience owning business processes from discovery to implementation and optimisation.
• Proficient in building automations with Make, Zapier, n8n, Workato or similar tools.
• Understanding of software integrations and translating needs with engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Ops.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing software budgets.
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve our CRM ecosystem (HubSpot and Planhat).
• Design and maintain automations using Make or similar platforms.
• Connect and manage integrations across CRM, telephony, and other systems.
• Administer and optimise the software stack used by Product and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Research and implement new software that scales with growth.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and deliver capabilities.
• Manage vendor relationships including procurement and negotiations.
• Produce documentation, process maps and internal knowledge resources.
• Present enhancements and improvements to stakeholders.
