Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing strategy.
• Strong grasp of retention metrics and customer behavior.
• Experience with AI coding and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own a customer lifecycle stage or CRM goal end-to-end.
• Analyze customer behavior to inform outreach strategies.
• Contribute to building the AI agent network for CRM operations.
• Identify and replace manual processes with AI agents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coherent communication.
• Work with Tech, Analytics, and Product to enrich CRM data.
