Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical CRM Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of the technical foundation of our CRM ecosystem and ensure that our systems operate reliably, efficiently, and at scale. In this role, you will combine hands‑on technical expertise with strategic thinking, helping to shape our CRM roadmap while supporting the team in day‑to‑day execution.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing complex CRM setups, improving data flows, driving automation, and collaborating closely with Engineering, MarTech, and Data Science teams.

Qualifications

• Own the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our CRM systems.
• Optimize workflow orchestration, data flows, QA processes, and operational efficiency.
• Coach and mentor the CRM team on technical best practices and scalable approaches.
• Support the execution of CRM campaigns and contribute to the development of customer‑facing messaging when needed.
• Redesign and enhance CRM templates and modular components to improve performance and scalability.
• Build and automate processes that increase efficiency and ensure high data quality.
• Partner with Engineering, MarTech, and Data Science on tracking, integrations, and machine‑learning‑driven experiments.
