AUTODOC is seeking a Team Lead Marketing Promotions to own strategy, execution, and optimization of automated lifecycle communications across Marketing and Transactional CRM. You will drive engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven programs while ensuring seamless customer experiences.

You will coach the Lifecycle team and align with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable CRM initiatives.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in CRM Lifecycle, Retention, or Growth Marketing in a data-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in designing end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies to drive activation, retention, and CLV.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable business impact through CRM initiatives.
• Hands on experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys) and segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and customer insights to optimize journeys.
• Solid understanding of CRM data, event tracking, and integrations with Product/Engineering/Analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Lifecycle team, coaching and developing team members.
• Define priorities and ensure successful execution of the CRM roadmap.
