Own the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of CRM systems; Optimize workflow orchestration, data flows, QA processes, and operational efficiency; Coach and mentor the CRM team on technical best practices and scalable approaches; Support the execution of CRM campaigns and contribute to customer-facing messaging when needed; Redesign and enhance CRM templates and modular components to improve performance and scalability; Build and automate processes that increase efficiency and ensure high data quality; Partner with Engineering, MarTech, and Data Science on tracking, integrations, and machine-learning-driven experiments.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar; Strong proficiency in SQL, working with APIs, and using analytics tools; Solid experience with data pipelines and modern data infrastructure; Ability to bridge strategy and execution, with a passion for mentoring teams; Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, analytical mindset; Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams; Very good English skills at least at C1 level; Nice to have: exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, contextual bandit experimentation, additional language.
