PagerDuty, Inc. is hiring a Senior Talent Partner in Lisbon to lead end-to-end recruitment across non-North American regions, with a primary focus on Lisbon and Europe.

The role requires hands-on experience across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, and collaboration with North America TA teams as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-growth SaaS recruiting, strong knowledge of Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Recruiting across multiple disciplines (Engineering/Product, Sales/GTM, G&A) in Europe (France/ Germany/ UK).
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across non-North American territories; Lisbon-focused.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, assess, and onboard candidates.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Track recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and quality.
