Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead customer deployments in a hybrid role. You will act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant, aligning business objectives with Talkdesk deployments and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires deep technical acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across stakeholders, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services/Consulting or SaaS-related roles.
• Experience with CRM integration and API concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talkdesk strategic implementations with project management, requirements gathering, prototypes, configuration, integration, testing and training.
• Understand customer objectives, document user stories, and position Talkdesk as the best solution.
• Lead project scoping, plans, and cross-functional coordination for deployments.
• Create visual representations of the customer journey and integration points.
• Design solutions with custom objects, workflows, and REST API integrations.
• Build trust with executives to remove roadblocks and ensure project success.
