The role involves designing solutions, leading technical discussions, and researching integrations for communication platforms. Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of cloud and on-prem deployments, and excellent communication skills in English. This position offers flexibility with 2 office days per week.

• Liaise with the Product and R&D teams to help the solution evolve and adhere to industry best practices.
