Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Engineering to define and own the multi-year platform strategy and roadmap. You will lead the evolution of the internal developer platform, aligning cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and security to empower engineering teams across Talkdesk.

You will manage a high-performing organization of Directors and engineers, embedding architectural principles with governance and measurable platform outcomes.

Qualificações

• Lead Platform Engineering and infrastructure orgs across multiple teams.
• Deep technical background in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with large-scale platform ecosystems and internal developer platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year Platform Engineering strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Evolve Internal Developer Platform to reduce cognitive load and accelerate delivery.
• Oversight of cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security, and FinOps practices.
• Lead Directors/Managers and platform teams to high performance and clear governance.
• Drive security-by-default, policy-as-code, and software supply chain controls within the platform.
