Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead complex deployments, acting as a bridge between customers and Talkdesk teams. You will guide strategic implementations, document requirements, and ensure successful outcomes for top customers.

You will engage with business and technical stakeholders, design integrations, and deliver training, with travel up to 30%. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for customer success in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years in Professional Services/Consulting or similar SaaS role.
• Experience implementing or integrating CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk) and/or Contact Center Solutions.
• Experience with diagram software (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Software implementation or coding experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Web Services (REST APIs).
• Strong consultative communication across backgrounds.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic implementations including project management, requirements gathering, designing prototypes, configuring systems, training.
• Understand customer objectives and document user stories; position Talkdesk as best solution.
• Lead project scoping and scheduling; align with customer PMs.
• Develop visual representations of end-client journey.
• Create solutions including custom objects, workflows, and integrations with CRM.
• Build trust with executives to remove roadblocks.
• Track progress and plan risk mitigation.
• Produce technical documentation and collaborate with Product/Support for feature delivery.
• Participate in sales cycle to gather requirements and draft proposal/SOW.
