Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and customization.
• Strong CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Certificate Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for scripting and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and automated workflows.
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint participation.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions for large clients.
• Focus on ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery modules and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders across projects.
• Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and solution validation.
• Lead or support integration efforts with third-party systems via APIs.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features to improve quality and efficiency.
• Pursue professional development within Capgemini’s supportive environment.
