Job summary

Capgemini Portugal seeks a ServiceNow developer to design, develop and customize solutions for national and international clients. You will work across ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery modules, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure best practices and high quality outcomes.

You will also lead or support integration efforts using APIs, participate in code reviews, and stay current with ServiceNow features to drive continuous improvement and career growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping and Certificate Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform for large national and international clients.
• Work across modules with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
