Jobbex.IT in Portugal seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITSM/ITOM/CMDB implementations and drive continuous improvements across client projects. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, troubleshooting issues and refining processes.

Fluent English and the ability to work autonomously in international teams are essential, as you guide IT infrastructure visibility and service excellence on complex deployments.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
• Fluent English and ability to work autonomously in international teams.

Responsabilidades

• ServiceNow implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB, ensuring infrastructure visibility and data accuracy.
• Optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog management.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and troubleshoot issues.
