AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery SME to lead health checks of large-scale Discovery environments across Linux, Windows, and networking. The role focuses on turning runbooks into repeatable workflows and driving improvements from collected metrics.

You will work with MID Servers, discovery patterns, and CMDB data quality, collaborating with global teams on modern projects and complex infrastructure.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in software engineering or a related field with hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience.
• Experience building or modifying Discovery Patterns/Probes and understanding how infra attributes are discovered.
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, CIs, identification/reconciliation and data quality.
• Strong infra engineering foundation across Linux/Windows, compute, virtualization, and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously assess the health of the ServiceNow Discovery ecosystem including MID Servers and discovery schedules.
• Convert runbooks and troubleshooting procedures into structured, documented workflows.
• Collect, aggregate and interpret metrics from Discovery and monitoring platforms to drive improvements.
• Investigate complex infrastructure relationships to ensure data quality and successful discovery.
