emagine is seeking a seasoned CMDB professional to manage CMDB health and enable ITSM on the ServiceNow platform. The role demands a strong background in CMDB modules, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize configuration management across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, and will lead upgrades, access controls, and performance tuning while driving automation where possible.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB modules.

Responsabilidades

• Manage CMDB health.
• Review the existing configuration: attributes, flow, CIs, Groups, Teams, etc.
• Prepare the CMDB to enable effective ITSM implementation in ServiceNow.
• Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects.
• Propose automation whenever possible.
• Manage Technical documentation.
• Coordinate upgrades and changes to ServiceNow instance.
• Manage permissions and access (roles, users, and groups).
• Maintain instance performance through regular checks.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operations and system issues.
• Deploy update sets from non-production environments.
• Set up automatic notifications and alerts.
• Set up reports and schedule them.
• Develop and manage a standard load template to import data.
• Provide process training to business owners.
