Act Digital is seeking a strong Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to join our IT team and drive ongoing development, enhancement, and governance of the ServiceNow platform. This hands-on role requires a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality IT service management solutions.

You will configure, customize, and maintain ITSM modules, implement incident and problem management, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and develop dashboards and reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar ServiceNow Developer role.
• CSA certification is mandatory. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices is required.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules following best practices.
• Participate in Incident and Problem Management implementations and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop upgrade-friendly platform configurations aligned with standards.
• Create technical and functional documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Design dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor IT services.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to improve ITSM processes.
• Contribute to governance, QA, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
