ITDS in Lisbon is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to lead health, configuration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. You will drive efficient IT workflows and processes within a hybrid Lisbon-based environment.

The role emphasizes CMDB/ITSM focus, stakeholder collaboration, automation initiatives, and robust documentation to ensure enterprise IT landscape excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years in ServiceNow administration focusing on CMDB and ITSM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, management and deployment with troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM workflows, best practices and ITIL standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CSA certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB for data accuracy and health.
• Review configurations: attributes, CIs, groups, workflows to improve performance.
• Prepare and configure CMDB to support ITSM deployments and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and lead continuous improvement.
• Propose and implement automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure best-practice compliance.
• Coordinate upgrades, manage permissions and updates while preserving performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to ensure system stability.
• Set up notifications, alerts, reports, and schedules for proactive management.
• Develop and manage data load templates and provide process training to business owners.
