Aubay Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB System Administrator to manage and evolve the CMDB for ITSM within ServiceNow. The role focuses on health checks, configuration, automation opportunities, and ongoing upgrades across environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CMDB experience, ITSM/ITIL knowledge, and CSA/CMDB fundamentals certifications are valued. Fluent English is mandatory, with a hybrid work model in Lisbon supported by Aubay’s development programs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow CMDB System Administrator.
• Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, administration, usage and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL best practices.
• CSA or CMDB Fundamentals certifications are highly valued.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the health and configuration of the CMDB for ITSM in ServiceNow.
• Improve business processes, identify automation opportunities, and coordinate upgrades and changes to the ServiceNow instance.
• Maintain instance performance, troubleshoot day-to-day operations, and deploy update sets across environments.
• Develop and schedule reports, manage data import templates, and provide process training to business owners.
• Manage user permissions, accesses, and maintain all technical documentation related to the ServiceNow environment.
