Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to monitor and manage batch operations in a global command center. You will address batch errors, monitor alerts, and use Linux/Unix to support log analysis and operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Application Support, strong Control-M skills, and experience with Jira, with English proficiency (B2). The role features a hybrid work model and a focus on integrity, teamwork, and customer service.

• Proven professional experience of at least 5 years in Application Support roles, preferably in a global command center environment.
• Solid expertise in batch scheduling tools, specifically Control-M; knowledge of TWS is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in basic LINUX/Unix commands and shell scripting for troubleshooting and operational tasks.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira for incident management and tracking.
• Good command of English is required (B2).
