Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our banking IT team, focusing on wealth management, securities, or FX order management. You will design and execute comprehensive test scenarios across the PMS domain, with strong SQL data analysis and collaboration with international teams.

You will translate business needs into detailed specifications, support UAT activities, and provide ongoing clarifications to developers.

Qualificações

• 8+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in banking IT.
• Experience in wealth management, securities, or FX order management.
• Proficient in functional testing, test case design, and end-to-end validation.
• Strong SQL data analysis skills and experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with international distributed teams.
• Fluent English for an international environment.

What will you do?

• Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and traceability within the Portfolio Management System (PMS) domain.
• Analyze test results, manage defects throughout their lifecycle, and perform functional and data investigations using SQL to support root-cause analysis.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and data, assisting business users during execution, and contributing to release-readiness activities.
• Progressively take on Business Analysis responsibilities, including clarifying business needs and translating them into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Provide functional clarifications and support to development teams throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to project planning and continuous application enhancement.
