Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT project coordination professional to join our Lisbon team. You will support project operations, coordinating activities, and maintaining close client relationships across Agile environments.

The role requires 4+ years in PMO or related fields, strong Jira experience, and excellent English skills. We offer a hybrid work model and comprehensive development programs within Aubay Portugal.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and ensure the operational follow-up of IT project activities;
• Maintain a strong and trusting relationship with clients, acting as a key point of contact;
• Facilitate effective communication and interaction between technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Identify potential business opportunities and areas for partnership development with clients;
• Manage reporting, track actions, and follow up on activities, including risks and issues.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of professional experience in IT project coordination, PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis roles;
• Solid understanding of Agile environments and IT project lifecycle dynamics (no in-depth technical expertise required);
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, build trust with clients, and facilitate communication between technical and business teams;
• Strong communication skills, client orientation, and a proactive approach to identifying partnership opportunities;
• Experience with Jira for tracking and reporting, alongside strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this international context.
