Job summary

We seek senior Windows/Linux system administrators with 6+ years of enterprise experience, strong VMware and MECM/SCCM expertise, and solid NetApp storage knowledge. English at B2 level is required, and a team-oriented, proactive mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Computer Science or similar with ≥6 years of enterprise Windows/Linux admin experience.
• Proven troubleshooting in Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and VMware VCenter in complex environments.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM deployments, clusters, SAN/NAS (NetApp) and network/security basics.
• Strong PowerShell skills and familiarity with DNS, DHCP, AD and GPO.
• Knowledge of mid-level networking and monitoring tools (Zabbix) and English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 Windows Server support following ITIL processes.
• Coordinate planned operations, monitor systems and deploy apps/patches with SCCM/MECM.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server and VMware environments and escalate as needed.
• Develop and improve PowerShell scripts; draft documentation and procedures.
• Maintain NetApp storage, ensure standards and security practices.

Job description

What will you do?

• Provide Level 2/3 Windows Server support, including incident, problem, and change management following ITIL principles.
• Coordinate planned technical operations, monitor systems, and ensure the deployment of applications and patches using SCCM/MECM.
• Perform troubleshooting for Windows Server and VMWare virtualization environments, analyzing issues and escalating when necessary.
• Develop and improve PowerShell scripts, assist in designing and implementing services, and draft technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Maintain NetApp Storage, including migration and implementation, ensuring consistency with defined group standards and security best practices.

What are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Computer Science or similar, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Windows and Linux System Administration within large enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Windows Server troubleshooting (2019/2022/2025), VMWare VCenter in complex environments, and industrialization with MECM/SCCM deployment tools.
• Solid experience with Clusters, SAN/NAS Storage technologies (NetApp), and familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and load balancing solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, along with strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and GPO.
• Good knowledge of networking at a medium level and experience with enterprise monitoring tools, ideally Zabbix, coupled with English B2 proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, adaptable team-oriented mindset, with availability for occasional weekend or holiday support.
