Aubay Portugal is seeking a Level 2 Application Support specialist in Lisbon to join our banking sector teams. You will handle ticket qualification, initial analysis and resolution, with escalation to Level 3 when needed, and participate in month-end deployments.

You will monitor production environments, manage access rights, and support non-production environments. Fluency in French (B2) and English (B2) is required, with strong SQL, Cassiopae knowledge and a collaborative, client‑focused

• Proficiency in French (B2) and English (B2).
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Cassiopae software, EAI/ESB and API integration.
• Knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and testing.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to work in hybrid model.

What will you do?

• Provide Level 2 application support, including ticket qualification, initial analysis, and resolution, escalating to Level 3 when necessary.
• Perform daily monitoring of production environments and manage access rights for supported applications.
• Manage non-production environments, encompassing refreshes, processing of vendor dumps, and deployment of releases.
• Execute production deployments and participate in on‑call rotations for critical processing at month‑end.
• Ensure effective incident resolution, applying strong functional proximity and banking sector experience.

What are we looking for?

• 2‑5 years of experience in Application Support roles, ideally within the banking sector.
• Proficiency in French (B2 level required) and good working knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Solid technical skills in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL), Linux, and familiarity with Office tools and ServiceNow.
• Functional and technical knowledge of Cassiopae software, its architecture, and interactions (EAI, ESB, API).
• Experience with monitoring activities, testing, and incident management practices.
• Strong understanding of Leasing/Credit concepts (B2B) and excellent interpersonal skills.
