RemotePass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Employment product line: Global Payroll and Employer of Record, reporting to the CEO. You will drive end-to-end product direction in a fully remote setting.

You will lead discovery with customers and operations, shape the roadmap, and grow a small PM team. This is a step-up role with real scope from day one, including AI-enabled tooling and multi-country payroll depth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product with payroll, EOR, or HR tech products.
• Shipped and scaled payroll or employment product, preferably during growth.
• Ready for first domain leadership or already leading a small area.
• Strong discovery instincts from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI as a product surface and tool.
• Comfortable in a fast, low-process environment with decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Employment product line: Global Payroll and Employer of Record, end to end.
• Set roadmap and defend calls, partnering with engineering and design.
• Lead discovery with customers, prospects, and operations teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across time zones.
• Hire and manage 2–3 product managers over time.
• Define internal tooling and AI tooling powering payroll operations.
• Deep-dive into multi-country payroll complexities and compliance.
