RemoFirst is seeking a Senior Product Owner to move fast, obsess over user experience, and own a core product line from idea to execution. You will work directly with leadership on initiatives shaping the future of global employment.

You will collaborate with design and engineering to turn problems into opportunities and translate them into actionable product plans. This fully remote role offers ownership, autonomy, and impact on revenue and customer success.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Ability to lead products from 0 to 1, owning business outcomes, UX and engineering quality.
• Ability to inspire and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong UX intuition and a passion for clean, simple, effective user experiences.
• Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize with clarity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bias for action, high ownership, and a hunger to build.
• Huge plus: experience owning add-on, cross-sell or upsell products within a SaaS platform.

• Own a core product area end to end, from strategy and discovery to launch and iteration.
