Remote, a global fully remote company, is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist for the EMEA region. You will manage exits, provide first-level ER support, and collaborate across stakeholders in a fast-paced, async environment.

Based in Portugal or remote from Portugal, you’ll drive compliant processes, advise clients on employment matters, and contribute to lifecycle initiatives with a focus on automation and exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background handling voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Ability to interpret labor laws and communicate recommendations to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliant offboarding.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation and transfers with best practices.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for separations and settlements.
